If you want to hear your neighbors conversations or even a cough or sneeze this is the place for you. The kitchen and bathrooms really need some updating. They are more concerned with the outside appearance( to get you in ) than how the inside looks. Landscapers are constanly on the grounds, and they are very loud. Neighbors will constantly leave their garbage at their door steps making this an eye sore. Your rent will go up dramatically every year, and it soon will feel like a mortgage payment. The office staff are not that tenant friendly, their customer service skills are yet to be desired, and there is a high turnover rate. The 24 hoour maintance is a big fat joke. you will wait til the next day if you have a problem because he lives in ----. Tenant beware! and do your research! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
