This is by far the rudest office staff I've ever come across. If you are the rare person that Michelle & Sharon like, lucky you. They go out of their way to be rude to everyone else. They particularly pick on the elderly. My mother was invited to the office to see Sharon's baby & had the door slammed in her face. When my parents moved in their apartment was FILTHY. The previous tenant had blown his nose in the shower and it appeared to have not been cleaned in over a year. GROSS!!! And the patio where the dog was kept had also not been cleaned in quite a while. When maintenance did come to clean it, the man went back to his truck to get a mask. The kitchen was also filthy. Who knows when was the last time the oven was cleaned. It took us several attempts to get it usable. After a year, the clock still leaks grease when the oven is used. Michelle & Sharon offered no help what so ever - only arguments. The apartment was invested with ants. Only after a call to the health department, was a large colony of ants found in the walls and finally eradicated. Now my parents are being forced to move in April even though their lease is thru November. Moving is expensive and should not be forced on the elderly.
