Unless you are a thuggie, degenerate, trailer trash, illegal alien, or just super cheap stay away. This place is a nightmare. Sure the rates are decent, but you're still getting ripped off. Management never fixes anything. My carpet was old and filthy and never steam cleaned when my roomate and I moved in, the landlord lied to my face when I told her about it, saying that "oh yes it was I got the bill right here"... come on there was trash all over the floor and imprints of where the furniture was moved. They locks were never rekeyed (as required in the lease), sinks leaked, disposal didn't work. ceiling was rotting, dryer vent was clogged (never fixed by the way after several trips to the office) and the maintenace man was the son of the landlord, who was caught stealing!! And rehired after a short time!! Gee, I wonder why' And here is the thing which makes me count the days until the lease ends "I found a used heroine needle on the walking trail" and kids run around barefoot everyday around this complex.
