I have lived there for a year and I love the neighborhood. The neighbors are all very friendly, most of them have lived there for a long time. Not a lot of young people in and out. The complex doesn't have the typical loud stereos at all hours of the night. I have an upstairs unit and I can smell what the neighbors are cooking for dinner, that's a little gross at times. I have never had a problem with maintenance. At one time I called them to come look at the dishwasher and they replaced lightbulbs and replaced the sprayer in my sink for no reason. The office staff is always pleasant and always knows you by name. I would recommend this place to anyone, the only reason I am leaving is for location reasons. Never once had a problem with the parking lot or vandalism. SWF living alone, never had any problems, always felt safe.
