Worst Apartment Experience I've Ever Had!

The management leaves a lot to be desired. They do not return calls, they promise things they can not fulfill, they tell you what you want to hear to get you to rent, and then they can not deliver. I've had maintenance requests in for over 2 weeks and nothing has been done. I have MOLD in the kitchen which is a major health issue and it has not been addressed. I specifically made a trip to the office to see why my maintenance items were not resolved and was told they "had been in and out of your apartment, but just had not finished the work, that's why you can't see it". I work from home and someone is in the apartment 24/7. That was a bold face lie. I have issues with the dryer vent that are a fire hazard and they could care less. On top of all this I'm paying extra each month because they rented me a "renovated" unit. I've yet to see what's renovated other than they removed the fan in the master bedroom which is evident by the diference in the paint color, and the nasty lint hanging on the ceiling. The second pool, near our unit, is always filthy. I'd rather swim in my toilet. We are in the process of building a new home and then we're out of here. Let them sue me for the balance of my lease.
