I have lived at Brittany Point for almost a year and will not be resigning a new lease with these people. The management is HORRIBLE! Did I say horrible' That's putting it in a nice way! May God bless your soul if you have to pay a visit to the property manager. She could out-snob anyone! Don't think you'll get your way either...the customer is NEVER right in this case. Beware! They will rope you in over the phone and get you to lease this wonderful apartment that there is "only one of" and then just sit back and prepare for HELL! You should start praying the day you move in that nothing goes wrong, because when it does, and it will, the issue will never be resolved. You will become another tenant that has been stepped on and squashed under the rug of "professional and friendly" management. In all fairness, the apartment was decent when I moved in, but fresh paint and new cabinets doesn't conceal the old, NASTY past for long! Mildew will grow on your bathroom ceilings, the cabinets will start falling apart because they weren't installed properly and the kitchen and bathroom floors will start to discolor because of the leaks that have never been properly repaired. I cannot wait to get out of this hellhole! Don't be fooled, "your new home" is a VERY profitable business for the "prestigious and elite" management of Brittany Point. If you unwisely decide to move in, prepare to be snobbed to death. I've been kind in this review and not said the words that I did want to say. Never, never, never rent at this apartment complex! They will wow you in the beginning and treat you like you are the scum of the earth beneath their high heels in the end! Humanity, ethics and conscience are obviously not in the employee handbook. What a disgrace! Oh and by the way, just to put it out there...a convicted murderer lived there, in the building next to me, the one that shot the police officer not too long ago and I've also seen many a drug deal go down in the parking lot. God help you when Grissom has a football game. You don't have to go, you can hear it from your living room!
