Brittany Point's primary draw is the school district / area of Huntsville it is in. Grissom High school is literally right beside the complex, and B.P. is one of the few apartments located in SE Huntsville. You can expect to pay extra for that. Don't expect to get anything extra for the cost. The apartments are old, 30 - 40 years. They have been updated, but the work was done quickly, cheaply, and poorly. If it were cosmetic surgery, the doctor would be sued for malpractice.
That said, if your expectations are realistic, the place is adequate.

I live / lived at B.P. for over 2 years. The maintenance staff is good. They work quickly and cheerfully - even for the weekend / night emergencies. The office staff is / was terrible. I said maintenance was good, well expect to have to tell the office staff 3 to 5 times before they ever pass the issue to them. If it's really important (but not a "emergency") it's faster to just flag down a maintenance worker and tell him.
