I have lived in Brittany Point for 8 years now. I have just signed a new 14 month lease and I plan to be here for a long time. In all the time I have lived at Brittany Point, I have always found the office staff here to be extremely pleasant and helpful and that particularly applies to the staff that they have now. They really do work hard at customer satisfaction.

I have always gotten a quick response from the maintenance staff as well. I have lived in places before that made me wait a week to have my air conditioner fixed in the middle of July. At Brittany Point, if your AC goes out, that constitutes an emergency and they treat it like one. That means a lot.

I've never had a bad experience with noise here. The neighbors are pleasant. The location is excellent... very, very convenient for shopping.

I just moved into a remodeled unit and it's awesome. I love it.
