I have been lived in Candelwood for 3 years. At first it was nice, not many problems, but after a year it went down hill. Maintence rarely leaves any report that they were there, and you know they were by the stuff they left in your place. Also our roof started leaking about a year and a half into our stay. All they did was put a temporary fix on it and of course it still leaked. It got to the point that we had a hole in our ceiling about the size of a quarter! Also the neighborhood isn't great. I see the cops more than I would like and they are not just patrolling. Just beware if you are looking at this place.
