I do not recommend these apartments to anyone unless you cannot afford to live anywhere else. The price is right but the maintenance and managemnt sucks! You cannot get out of the lease even if you die and that's a fact. You HAVE to fulfill your lease agreement or pay the price. The lady who lived here and had a bullet come through her ceiling never got her deposit back last time I checked! No one has gotten their deposits back no matter what and you never can get Lazy Larry to do his job right, he's a "maintenance" man. Your privacy is everybody's business here and one of the office workers will bug you to death to buy her phone service. They amy allow kids and pets but they don't like them. Just don't move here or anywhere else you see Averbuch or Summit Management listed. Stay away! We won't even get into the SMALL bathrooms and noisey hallways

It was a nice play to live centrally located and reasonably quiet. If you're over 45 and not a big partier its your kind of place!
