First of all, I do not live here, have never lived here and would never consider an apartment at this facility under any circumstances!! Why you ask' I believe beyond the shadow of any doubt the reviews that cite the managment staff as being rude and overbearing. I am not of the younger age nor am I the older generation so this isn't coming from someone young and disrepectful nor an old age defending perspective. I am a career professional with a full time job. My beef''' I phoned this establish to merely inquire to the rent on an apartment as I was assisting a friend in locating a suitable apartment. After being berated and bombarded with questions of her own, the person answering the phone,NEVER answered my question. I finally realized that I would rather my friend have a cell in Kilby prison than to reside at these apartments. I believe that these people are nosy and intrusive and have no regard for your privacy once you are a tenant, just as proclaimed in the previous reviews. Otherwise a simple phone inquiry would not involve being drilled to the degree that would rival the Spanish inquisition! The owners of this facility could best improve their business if they simply placed someone at the helm who had one fraction of professional courtesy. Someone could certainly benefit from some customer service training. I also have no doubt that the positive reviews, the few and far between, were placed on this website by the disdainful employees who subject not only their tennants but unsuspecting callers to their rude ignorance. This is a sad testimonial for the city of Huntsville to those of us who are not residents there but made the mistake to consider relocation to the area. Renter, beware!!
