The managers are only concerned about gaining new customers. Once they've got you, they forget about you. Nobody ever answers the telephone or the emergency pager. They don't return phone calls when you leave messages and they seem to want to cut corners instead of fixing things properly so that they don't need to be fixed again soon after. The laundry care facility is filthy. Clothes have been left in washers for months and there is always trash, lint and dryer sheets all over the floor. The interior of the apartments are ugly with gray carpets and green kitchen appliances. This place needs new management quick!
