My husband and I moved into Garden Gate solely because we needed a place to stay fast and our friend lived there.
Worst decision ever.
Maintainence never came by to fix anything we needed. Parking lot is HORRIBLE. There are so many cracks in it. Not little ones, huge ones. Ones you can lose money in and never find again. If you come home after 9pm, good luck finding a spot.
Rent is cheap, yes. However, you do get what you pay for. We definitely did.
Neighbors are so unbelievably loud that my husband had to threaten them to be quiet. Five in the morning and blaring rap music.
On more than one occassion, I was actually followed home by strangers and I was just taking my dog for a walk during the middle of the day! Definitely did not feel safe in this environment.
Will never recommend this place to anyone.
