My husband and I lived in these apartments in the summer of 2007 and were very pleased. The management had no problems signing a short-term lease and the cost was very reasonable relatively speaking. It's very quiet around the apartments and convenient to shopping in Huntsville. The only complaint we had was the heating and air system. It's an old motel that has been turned into apartments so they have the wall units just like motels/hotels and it was hard to get the entire apartment cooled. We had no problems getting our deposit back and the management was very nice and helpful. The maintenance man lives on-site and was always very friendly. I'd definately recommend it.
