The staff: helpful, friendly and seem to really care about concerns and problems, nothing big yet but so far so good.
The apartment: its new, seems well built, sound level is good, neighbors are ok - no problems.
The Complex: clean, nice landscape, well maintained, gates actually work, need to post some more speed limit signs but only for a few of the residents.
Overall, I am really impressed, especially for this area (Huntsville).
