The manager is nosey, and quite frankly she lies and is rude (smug smile and sarcasm). She has lost the spare key to my apartment, and told me I would have to pay for the locks to be changed! The other staff members aren t as offensive, but not very helpful. Their courtesy officer appears to be a cop wannabe with an attitude. I saw him puff his chest out and yell at a 3 people at the pool within one hour for what appeared to be nothing no loud radios, no offensive language I could hear, no rowdiness no visible or audible offense from where I was.

The construction is TERRIBLE. Windows are not well insulated, walls thin. There seems to be no insulation at all in the master bath. In the summer it is sweltering, and in the winter freezing. You have to keep that door closed to keep electricity costs reasonable. The a/c unit does not stay within 10 degrees of its setting. The gates are always broken. They have not yet once sprayed for bugs. They added the worst and cheapest speed bumps to jar your car upon entry. The bulbs in the free tanning area are worthless, because one of the employees thinks it is attractive to have skin that resembles beef jerkey. And although I like my neighbors upstairs, my light fixtures shake with every footstep. Other neighbors are terribly rude, leaving several bags of trash by their door every day. This trash comes from all of the parties they throw, which always takes up my parking space. Then they let their large dogs out without a leash and do not clean up their mess.

It seems unfair to say all negative things about the place, so let me think about this .. the location. The location of the complex is very nice.
