We moved into these apartments because they look nice and are spacious. If I knew then what I know now I would never have moved into the apartments. The management is horrible! I made a payment online but it was reversed. I called and spoke with management and they said there was a problem with the website and it happens all the time but that they would take care of it. It took 4 months of management telling me they would take care of it before I finally just paid the reversal fees so it would not affect my credit. I spoke with the main leasing manager and she didn't seem to care. We moved out early and tried to get a refund for the gate remote which we paid for. We called several times within a few weeks to get the refund and they kept saying they would look into it and have corporate call us. Corporate and/or the main leasing manager never called us back. After weeks, I spoke(and yes I had to call) with the manager and she said we would not get a refund because it was a deposit and not a fee! The apartments are decent and I never had any problems with our neighbors but the management is beyond belief! This is the most ill managed apartment complex I have ever lived in.
