Im new here, but there has to be better apartments for the money. Im glad I am too busy working to be here longer than I have to be. Good thing I got the short-term lease.
The good:
-Spacious interior
-Friendly, usually competent staff
The bad:
-90% of the tenants are loud and ignorant
-No one can enter or leave the parking lot without blasting music
-People have profane screaming fights in the parking lot
-Desperately needs renovation
-Cabinets and counter tops are hideous
-Appliances are ancient
-Old, shoddy plumbing
-The coin laundry lacks a change machine
-There is no outbox for mail
-The office will handle your outgoing mail for you, IF, they dont forget
