The rent is a little costly and it went up after being there a year. But one bedrooms have alot of closet and storage space plus washer and dryer hookups.
Despite being in a not too great area off Sparkman Drive I never felt unsafe. The maintaince crew was the best I have ever seen in an apartment. The apartments are old and so are the appliances but any problem I had was usually fixed that same day.
I could hear every move that my upstairs neighbors made so I would suggest an upstairs unit I never heard the neighbors beside me. The office staff was ever changing but overall no problems there.
