I live in hillside from march 08 to may 09 and i didn't like it one bit. My apartment had got broken into during daylight while managment and security was there and nobody saw nothing. Seem to me they wasn't concern at all cause it took maintence all day to fix the door and when he did came he put two screw in the door said it can lock so its secure. Took another two days to come finish the job and its still not finish. The lights that suppose to come on when it gets dark didn't sometimes which made it unsafe to walk to your apartment or car.
