Don't let the nice furnishings fool you. Although they are SUPER nice on the inside..come by about 3am and it's a party going on. These apartments are a flop. I feel like I'm in the projects. Bass from cars at 3am, door slams from 12-3am(from parties). VERY NOISY. Alarm is good, but not at 3am when you hear it beep when people go to leave the apartment. walls are thin and when the parties start and end, you can hear them in the breezeway. Meth lab busted, cops called from fights on the weekends, and there is a courtesy officer that is either never there or calls back and asks you to do his job. Kids playing in parking lot at 9pm on school nights. Ongoing drug usage, plenty of bass to hear all night.
