THESE ARE JUST LIKE A HOUSING PROJECT...WHEN I first moved in they seemed like they would be nice to live in. The managment, can not control the residents at all. Children are rowdy, there are always loud parties! The trash makes the property look horrible. The officer on site does not respond to pages. Managment is very unproffessinal in apperance and attitude. I would rate this community right above a housing project. Not a great place to live at all!

It's Section 8 HUD Housing, what do you expect? Try getting out of the situation you're in, so you can afford better, like your neighbors down the road. Furthermore, the crime down at The Reserve at Research Park didn't explode until Lakeshore Crossing construction was finished and its residents moved in. Thanks!
