i lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and it steadily declined. the violence and amount of unreasonable noise at all times was unacceptable. I'm 22 now and was 20/21 when living there. me and my other similarly aged roommates aren't party animals and didn't like the amount of noise at night. the courtesy officer did nothing for us anytime we called him. he did however yell at me once because a kid on a bike jumped out from behind a parked car and in front of mine while i was leaving for work. he yelled at me telling me to be more cautious or he'd have to alert management. i told him he should and tell them to not have children running lose where there was moving vehicles. while living there i was harassed by several different ethnicities for being white. I've never had problems with other races and being discriminated against by my neighbors because of my race was completely absurd. You can find something much better in the same price range. check just next door at the reserve.
