Needs makeover, but ok

Overall I've enjoyed my stay at The Landing. The apartments could use updating and my friend has problems with the maintenace man (as far as punctuality). Safety is a big issue for me and I have always felt safe here. My only complaints are living downstairs is noisy and my doors and windows are poorly insulated so our last utility bill was 200 dollars in Feburary. I also like that it's hidden away in a upscale neighborhood with lots of places to walk.
