It is a very quiet neighborhood, but is old and in need of maintenance. The owner tries her best to get out as cheap as possible withwhatever needs done. The one (yes one) maintenance man, which I think must have came with the buildings when they were originally built couldn't fix anything if you gave him the manual and showed him how to do it. Had an issue with my A/C not cooling and he actually said that you need to keep the lights off and the windows closed for it to stay cool in the apartment. Could be a nice place if it had proper management and an actual maintenance staff. The rent is cheap but not worth the lack of upkeep. You would think considering the location they would try to maintain the image that the rest of the area has.
