For the price and the location, you couldn't find a better place to live. Sure, the apartments are a little small and the appliances are a little out dated, and yes it could use renovations. But, I think the pros are much greater than the cons! The price and location is unbeatable! The interior of the apartments are beautiful and unique, the neighborhood is quiet, the people are friendly, living in edgewater is like a dream! The 5K track around the beautiful lake and all the natural settings, the fitness room over looks the water, beautiful old trees and lush landscaping of the neighborhood make it all worth it to me to live in an apartment that may be a little small and outdated, but still has beautiful layouts and interiors. I feel so safe here and though there is only one maitenance man, he works hard and has always done a great job by me when our A/C froze and the garbage disposal was clogged, he came out and fixed them right away and did a very good job! I love living here! I've lived here for over a year and I am continuing my lease for another year.... so that should speak something for the place! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

actually my fiance's car was broken into..... but trust me, we used to live at chadwick place, the landing is a huge improvement. lol
