Speed bumps will brutalize your wheels/suspension. They are huge and hard to find at night. You have to tell guest before hand. The people that live here are generally older or act like old sticks in the mud. I have yet to meet anyone here that really seemed cool. Not a very fun place if you are young and vivacious. My car had been broken into also. They need better lighting. They have the standard globe on a post. Those 60w bulbs just don't do it. I wish there was a basketball court. No one plays tennis. The pools are the typical shallow ones and full of little kids that kill a good beer buzz.

Other than that the place is fine. Management and maintenance do an adequate job. The rooms are plenty decent. The small water heater runs out quick. Maybe two bedrooms have a bigger one though. I would avoid bottom apartments. People walking upstairs and above makes noise.
