Lily Flagg could be the best apartment complex in SE Hsv (but there's not much to choose from). But its falling fast. Many residents are older and there are a lot of families (which is great), but there are also enough hoodlums hanging around the parking lots at night to make it an uncomfortable existence. There have also been a number of car break-ins, apartment break-ins, and vandalism in general. There is zero security at the complex. I hope to be out of here very soon.

From the people I've spoken to who have had problems, the management has not been very responsive. Either have the police.
