I have reviewed the other comments and they seem out of date. I find that in my section it is very quiet and pleasant. Like living in a resort hotel. Both my maintenance issues were handled within an hour and the office staff is very friendly. Residents seem to be older with very few young families that I see. I like kids, but I like the quiet even more. Parking can be at a premium on the weekends, but that is no different anywhere. Pools seem clean and well-maintained although under used.
