I have written a comment before in regards to the living conditions at Lily Flagg station. The last review, seems to have been written by someone involved in the management staff at Lily Flagg. For them to say they have seen the Office become mean only when the resident was throwing a tantrum is absolutely horrible. Residents are customers and customers are always right. However, not the case at Lily Flagg. It is bad business practice to try and outduel a resident. As far as being a whiney baby, I am not that. I am a grown adult who is mature enough not to retaliate by using childish insults as such. I do not believe the resident had lived at Lily Flagg simply because he or she stated they never saw bugs. Welcome to Alabama. Bugs are everywhere. Please, next time the Lily Flagg Office staff want to attempt and make their community look better, please instead of writing about it, put those words into actions. Your maintenance is horrible and your overall attitudes suck. I lived there for a year and the Staff are totally oblivious to how to treat residents. Maybe this is why they always have these "Great Specials" because they cannot get people in the door.

This is the poster I spoke of in my review. Bugs are NOT a problem in Alabama, unless you're talking about Mobile. To this person I say try to live in Houston or Florida, or even Louisiana, get outside of your little box and you would know. Again, as I said, the customer is not always right, as most customers ask for stupid things. I don't work for Lily Flagg, but I'm sure their residents have a few ignorant people, just like my employer gets. Also, if this poster would've noticed, the renter she is speaking of, does NOT work in the office, as she has said. Apparently, this person can't read, on top of not knowing reality. They said that they were IN the office and seen residents throwing tantrums. Like I said, the office staff probably saw this person the same way I would've, had she come into my place of emloyment.

I am not sure what is going on here - but I'll throw my 2 cents in. First of all, I have resided in Lily Flagg Station Apartments since May 2001. Yes, the staff and I have had our moments, but when I showed them my adamant concerns (and my legal rights) they responded quickly and professionally. I have had the pleasure of knowing several people who have worked as leasing consultants in the office and have NEVER had a problem with them. Yep, we got roaches and ants in Alabama. Yep, over time, our buildings and structures will need repair. The staff is aware and dealing with every issue relevant to the residents to keep Lily Flagg one of the best values in Huntsville. |
