I am a current resident that has lived at Lily Flagg for only 3 1/2
months and it is horrible. The biggest problems have a great deal to do
with the additude and quality of the manager. To start it is a rare
occation when I don't come home at night and see multiple large roaches
scurrying away. Second the pace that they go about fixing things just
plain horrible. The maintenance is frendly and very helpful and courteous
but the contractors they have in to do the rest of the work are horrible
and slow. When I moved in and looked at this apt. I thought I was
getting a great deal because I got it for $485 per month which is a
full $100 off their "discounted rate". My first question was what is
wrong with it and was quickly assured that there was nothing wrong and that
it had just been sitting a while. About 7 weeks after i moved in I
noticed a large amount of MOLD on my cabinet in the second bathroom, which
I never use, also on the floor and a soaking wet wall in the kitchen
and behind the washer where there was a small leak. I was told 5 weeks
ago today that they would replace the bad cabinets, the floor and the
wet wall. So far all they have done is replace the bad cabintets and
half way fix the wall, and put the sheetrock up. ******(Since my first
responce they have come back and put new floors down only to put them down
over the old molded floors, but its sealed now and it is not affecting
me. They have also just recently baned grills on the complex so if you
like to grill find another place. They are putting 2 in up front near
the clubhouse for 387 residents to SHARE.)******* .....You get the
picture.

If anyone cares to know, ANY apartment complex with a roofing, or top of any sort above the patio or balcony, is not allowed to have grills, or any other source of heat on them, as the heat could melt the plastic, if it is such, or the fire could jump up and catch the whole building on fire.
