I'm a current resident in Lily Flagg, but am about to move back to Florida in a few weeks. Overall, I've enjoyed my stay at Lily Flagg. I haven't had any of the problems with management some people have detailed - in fact, they've always been extremely nice to me. One month I was out of town on business at rent time, and had to turn it in late. I gave them the amount with the penalty, but they actually waived it for me by giving me a credit on my next month's rent. That does not sound like the rude and inconsiderate staff others have talked about.

I've only needed management to come out twice, both times to flip the master breaker outside - which is one complaint I have. During heavy storms, the main breaker outside would get tripped and I'd be without power. However, both times I called their after hours number and there was someone from maintenance outside in the rain climbing through the bushes to take care of the problem within an hour. Other than that, I never had any issues that required a maintenance call in the year I've lived here.

They have banned grills on orders from the fire marshall, which sucks, and if you live in a downstairs apartment you WILL hear the people above you, but for what you get and the price Lily Flagg realy is a great place in SE Huntsville and if I ever move back to this area, I'd live here again.
