I have lived in Lily Flag for a year now. I am closing on a home (thankfully since rent is going up so high) which is the reason I am moving. Other than the money that they ask for, the apartments are decent.
I personally have never had an issue with the mangaement or maintanence. Anytime I have had a problem the people I have spoken with have been very helpful and for the few things that needed to be fixed it was done in a timely manner.
There are a few normal things that are a displeasure. Such as mold growing in the master bathroom floor, and being able to hear outside noise. However, a lot of these annoyances that people complain about would come with any apartment in any aparment complex.
Overall my stay at Lily Flag was good. If I had to go back to apartment life I would definitely choose to come back. That is, if I could afford it!
