I moved in here April of 2005 in building 8321, we have has no problems whatsoever. My place is very well taken care of. There is no mold, and I don't see how there could be with an air vent and a fan in each of my bathrooms. I think that sounds more like someone who doesn't know they have to clean their bathroom. My rent is 605 for a 2bdrm/2bath on the ground level. The only time I ever hear my neighbors upstairs is when they are vacuuming. I've had a few general problems with the dishwasher, and outlets. I called the office on a Saturday and they had a nice maintance guy at my door in 2 hours. He fixed everything quickly and right. I also have a pet rabbit, and they didn't charge me a pet deposit like a lot of apartments will. The staff have always been really nice. I'm only 19, but they didn't look down on me because of that. I once locked myself out of my apartment and went to the office where they gave me a key and everything was just very nice. The only bug problems there is, are the june bugs... that are attracted to the lights in the summer (nothing they can do about that). It is very quiet here mostly I just here kids playing or maybe a loud car driving by. The best part is this place is sooooooo beautiful, I love the landscaping.
