I enjoy living at Lily Flagg. I have been here several years and other than the occasional maintenance issue that I have (which is taken care of usually the same day) I have had no problems. Everyone is nice and the grounds stay pretty well maintained. There is trash every once and a while, but if my nieghbors would not throw trash on the ground it wouldn't be a problem. The apartment is 20 years old, it is not brand new, so there is some wear and tear, but nothing out of the ordinary. It's a good apartment for the price.
