I've lived here for almost 5 years. Started out in a two bed room and downsized to a one when rent got too high. For the most part it is an awesome place for a single person to live, however the kitchens and bathrooms are in dire need of renovations.

Management tends to be lazy at times and unwilling to help. I accidently locked my keys in my apartment at closing time, caught the manager in the parking lot before she got to her car and asked could she PLEASE let me in. I was informed that the alarm had already been set for the night and the office door could not be opened until morning. That I might as well call a lock smith, or use a credit card to pop the lock.It would not have taken 5 minutes for them to let me in. I could understand saying no if they had left the property already.

The latest news is that we are going to be requires to carry renters insurance minimum 50000 libality. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not considering what we already pay for rent alone.
