We've only lived here for less than 3 months now and we've already had about 10 ant infestations and they sent an exterminator but he said there was nothing he could do but treat the outside and that didn't work. We have to keep a supply of Raid and it seems to work alright for a while but they always come back. (and our apartment isn't dirty) Also, in the time that I've been here the water has been shut off about 6 times now. We get notices sometimes, but other times it just shuts off and when you call the office they always say that it's a broken line and that it should be back on soon. I've never seen so many broken lines in one place before. We also had a problem with our garbage disposal. It didn't work when we moved in and we put in a work order but nobody came to fix it for about a month, so I called and they sent someone up that day. The maintenance guy said the reason they hadn't been up was because they didn't have a key to the apartment, but I'm stay at home mom..... all they had to do was knock and I would have let them in and they could have borrowed my key to make a new one. That just tells me they didn't even try. I do have to say that they were very nice and professional once they came and they fixed it in a matter of minutes. Also, the lighting outside the apartments isn't the best. There is a pathway outside along the fence and I won't dare take it after dark because there is no lighting out there at all. Other than all of that stuff, lol, it's liveable! I like that it's convenient to everything and it's also kinda tucked away from the road a bit.
