I can say that Sealy Management isn't very attentive or they would have fixed many issues years ago. The first one being the laundry rooms, the washers and dryers do not always work, and there are no washer and dryer hook ups in the units.(only the Town homes) The parking is bad! If you come home after 8 pm, finding a space will be an issue.
The office staff is the best, very friendly and very helpful, and it is genuine, but their hands seem to be tied when it comes to things like parking and laundry rooms.
The apartments are older so the noise can be bad.
Overall, I very much enjoyed living there, those issues would not keep me from moving back there because you will not find a better office staff anywhere.
I did feel safe there, I loved to walk at night and never had any issues.
