I've only lived at Madison Gardens for a few months, but I find it to be more than acceptable. I've had no issues with noise, bugs, people, parking...Overall has been a pretty good experiance. The location is great, the staff is freindly....and the best part, if you work in research park, you can come home for lunch! I would recomend to anyone!
