Having never lived in Huntsville before and there being so many places to choose from I looked to this site for some advice. There were only a couple of ratings, but they were good. Some others had good and bad, so I chose Madison Hill since it was also close to work.
The office staff, especially Patsy, was nice, friendly and the office is open 7 days a week.
I found my one bedroom had a good layout with lots of wall outlets, and well equipped with microwave, washer, and dryer.
These units are not new, but are in good condition. The inside and the grounds are very well maintained.
The parking lots are well lit and there is onsite security.
The price was more reasonable than the brand new complexes. Utilities are not included.
