About a year ago, the property was bought by a new company, the office staff changed, and everything went downhill. It takes an average of 3 calls in before the work order goes to the maintainance staff (which I do like), gets the message. They never changed my rent amount, which went up by $5 when I renewed, in the computer, so I've been showing a credit on my account, however, I recently got a notice that I owed them. I have NEVER been late on rent. I go in, they say I have a credit, print out my history, sign and date it. 2 days later, I have a termination notice for unpaid rent. Neither manager would take responsibility for the mistake, but I think it will be straightened out.
