I've lived here for 3 years now and boy has it changed!

When I moved in it was clean, quiet and well kept. Over the years it has deteriorated into a breeding pit of degenerates. I'm constantly woken up by the loud music thumping from those crap-mobiles that people drive. Maintainance is IMPOSSIBLE to get done on the account of the management being total crap. The staff is rude. There has been a drastic change that shouldn't warrant paying so much.

Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

I have lived at madison hills now for four and a half years.I totally agree this place has changed. Who ever let this trash move here needs to be shot.The maint. is crap to.

We have a whole new staff that just started at the end of June. We had 41 A/C's out and 10 major ceiling leaks as well as new move ins and the regular maintenance. There were also about 50 to 100 outstanding work orders. It will take us a while to get everything back on track but we will get there one day at a time.
