This place is not where you want to live. The management there has changed several times this year alone. (and might I add, it has not been an improvement in staff) They never get any repairs done. the parking lot is always filled with people smoking blunts outside and the management ignores the tenants that pay on time and don't do drugs outside in the parking lot. The worst mistake I ever made was moving there.

Well, I am the new manager here and I have been here for a little over a month. I am very sorry for any issues that you have had in the past and feel that you have not given us a fair chance to correct the issues on this property. My staff and myself will go the extra mile to fix any problems that you or anyone here are having. If you are unhappy you need to come in the office and talk to me about your issues. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience you have had in the past and I hope that we can make the rest of your stay here comfortable. Donna Miller- Community Manager

I have enjoyed being here at Madison Hills, I was aware of the change in managment, however things sometimes have to get worse before they get better. I have been a tenant for about 8 months, and have never seen anyone using drugs. I am actually interested in moving to a larger apartment in this community in the next few months.
