I don't understand these poor reviews.

I just moved into this apartment at the beginning of last month, and I have to say I love it here! They have switched office staff since I have been here and the new staff is just as nice and friendly as the last. The maintenance is quick to come up and fix any problem I've given written notice to the office about, and the people that live here are very friendly.

I like it here because aside from the technicalities being above par, the apartments LOOK nice, which was something other apartments around here were lacking. They look clean, friendly, and inviting. Also, the color scheme in the apartments is very warm and inviting, not like the cold impersonal white you tend to see all too often.

Would I recommend this complex to others? Of course!
