I lived in Madison Hill apartments in 2005. My apartment flooded three different times for different reasons all in a seven week period. I had to leave my apartment for a total of 16 days in all for them to dry it out and treat it for mold. They wouldnt pay for a hotel or pro-rate my rent. The last flood (caused by upstairs neighbor leaving her bathtub running for 15 plus hours) was so bad that all of my furniture had to be trashed because of the water. They offered to put me in a different apartment, but since I had had such bad luck at these apartments (my car was stolen one month after it was broken into in the apartment) I didnt want to stay there anymore. They said that was completly fine. They ended my lease and even gave me my security deposit back that day. I moved to Texas this year and when I filled out my lease aplication my credit report came back that I owed Madison Hill $2,188! I have no Idea what it was for. None of the floods were caused by me. 2 came from upstairs and one involved a flash flood and mud from them doing landscape. Now no one knows who has the record so it is stuck on my credit. However the new owners (Arlington Place') seem really nice. Now it doesnt seem like it would be a bad place to live
