I just moved into this apartment complex three weeks ago and have nothing but good things to say about my apartment. Every appliance in my place is brand new. The complex is only about two years old. The floor layout is very nice compared to the other apartments around. The grounds seem to be very well kept. The staff is very courteous and willing to go the extra mile.

I am renting a one bedroom/one den for $690 per month, which includes cable and water. This might sound a little high, but for an engineer that just graduated from college, this is the perfect place to live until I get enough money to buy a house.

Is this review coming from a male or a female? Do you feel safe at this complex? It does not appear to be gated. Is there lots of through traffic?
