The apartments are only a couple of years old and are fairly nice. Parking is ample. Maintenance and office staff are helpful. Maintenance fixed my AC within one business day when it went out. It is easy to hear your neighbors when they play loud music or talk loudly, but this happens much less than at my previous apartments. Overall, the apartment complex is somewhat quiet.
