The staff will try to act like they genuinely care for your safety, comfort, and making your stay worth your money, but don't fall for it. Once my roommate and i moved in, which was in APRIL 09, we have been broken into, had mice three times, and had 6 noise complaints. When we were broken into, the office never once called to check up on us, offer to change locks, etc. When we had mice, we had to wait 3 days before they would come put a STICKY MAT down, and acted as if we were bothering them. We have had 6 noise complaints, 1 of which we were not even home. The office staff does not care if you feel you have been wrongly accused and still puts it on your record. The rest of our noise complaints we were literally sitting at home doing nothing, one we were actually cleaning out our refrigerator and the man below us said we were "moving furniture". Also, we found out that the water supply has some type of mold here, and they don't feel it is their place to correct it, which is why all the tiles in the pool are falling off. In my opinion, this has been a horrible experience and i would much rather spend my money on a less attractive apartment that isn't deceiving. Do not waste your time!
