My wife and I both lived in apartments during college, etc., and because of a recent move, we found ourselves back in apartment again for the first time in many years. I can say that this is one of the quietest, nicest apartments that we have ever lived in. No ruckus, no peeling tires, no crack heads, no loud music and very respectable neighbors. I think that this is attributable to the office manager who seems to run a pretty taut ship. These apts. are at least 30 years old, but you wouldn't know it from the way they maintain the units. The grounds and common areas are very nice and well-maintained. Nice pool table and accomodations in the clubhouse. Living here has been great. If we had not just bought another house, we would not be moving. We have a two bedroom and felt that it was very nicely laid out with a good bit of space and good closet/bathroom areas.
