Used to be a good place to live, not anymore

The management used to be good here, but not anymore.

The new management just doesn't seem to take as much pride in this complex as the old management did.

It takes awhile to get things fixed by maintenance and usually they have to be called and reminded.

When things are fixed, it usually takes a couple of trips to have them fixed right.

Maintenance leaves behind a mess and never cleans up after themselves.

They really don't have much pride in their work, very obvious after they have fixed something.

Rent keeps going up every time you renew your lease.

I really haven't been given a good reason for the increases yet.

They do take care of noise problems, I have to give them credit for that.

I will not be renewing again, it is time for me to move on.

I have not found any of what I read in this review to be correct. In my dealings with both management and maintenance staff, I have seen both great pride in the property and their workmanship. I am not sure when this person had these issues or who management was, but I have nothing but good things to say here.
